Hello! I’m Patricia Boezio, a veteran mortgage professional at America’s #1 Retail Mortgage Lender. My career spans nearly 30 years of leadership in the U.S. financial and housing sectors. Born in Guayaquil, Ecuador, and educated at Curitiba College in Brazil, I bring a global perspective and a deep commitment to expanding homeownership opportunities for underserved communities.

Since 1996, I’ve been a trusted advisor to Georgia’s Latino community, helping thousands of families navigate the path to homeownership. I served as Honorary Consul of Ecuador in Georgia from 2000-2022, and I’m involved with the Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and Los Niños Primero, a nonprofit focused on empowering Latino families through education.

Fluent in Spanish, English and Portuguese, I bring cultural fluency and empathy to every client interaction. Outside of work, I share life with my wonderful husband, Ron, and remain an active community leader, mother and a fierce advocate for Latino empowerment.
