Hello! My name is Chet. I have nearly 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry, including 15 years of management experience. As a sales manager at America’s #1 Retail Mortgage Lender, I primarily focus on helping clients create generational wealth through real estate.

Partnerships with real estate agents are paramount to my success. I’m currently building and implementing programs designed to forge lasting agent relationships. These new enterprises unify expertise to help buyers purchase a home in this ever-changing real estate and mortgage landscape with ease.

A long-standing member of the Charlotte community, I’m an active member of St. Matthew’s Church as well as several local community organizations, such as Rocky River Trout Unlimited, Trout in the Classroom and Project Healing Waters. I graduated from Quinnipiac University with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and a minor in computer science.
