Hi, my name is Curt, and I’m here to help you achieve your homeownership goals. I joined the mortgage industry around 1999 with a clear mission: to help people get great loans at a low cost. As a loan officer at our Cleveland, OH branch, I’m proud to offer the resources of America’s #1 Retail Mortgage Lender to do just that.

I specialize in owner-occupied home purchases and real estate investments, including investor cash-out refinances and CCM’s Signature Series programs, such as the DSCR Loan. I’ll be available at all times—including the day, evenings, or weekends—to answer your questions and ensure a smooth homebuying experience.

On a personal note, I’m married with two kids and a dog. I enjoy hiking, playing tennis, and staying active.
