Hello! My name is Jennifer Merrick, and I’m a loan officer on the Eastern Shore. My goal is to help clients find the right lending program that fits their needs. The financing industry is never a one-stop shop, and I look forward to helping clients with support from America’s #1 Retail Mortgage Lender.

With a background in real estate since 2013, mortgage lending was a natural transition to combine my knowledge with my passion for helping people achieve homeownership. My expertise spans new construction loans, FHA, jumbo and Non-QM mortgages.

Raising four daughters has taught me the value of patience, understanding, and clear communication. Those experiences have shaped the way I work with my clients, and I take pride in guiding them through every step of the mortgage process while finding solutions for even the most complex lending situations.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, watching sports (Go Bills!) and spending time with my family at the Delaware beaches.
