Hello! My name is Kim Woollen, and I’m a loan officer at our Prescott, AZ branch. I help homebuyers and homeowners achieve their financing goals with support from America’s #1 Retail Mortgage Lender.

I originally joined the mortgage industry in 2004 and returned in 2020 after spending time away from the business. I was drawn back by my passion for helping people achieve the dream of homeownership and the opportunity to make a positive impact in their lives.

I specialize in conventional, FHA and VA purchase and refinance loans. My attention to detail and strong communication help ensure my clients feel informed and supported throughout the entire process. My goal is to make financing as smooth and stress-free as possible while helping borrowers find the solution that best fits their needs.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and exploring the outdoors.
