Hi, I’m Scott Evans, and I’ve been in the mortgage industry since 2006, closing over $5 billion in mortgage transactions throughout my career. 

Since 2019 alone, I’ve personally closed more than 6,000 mortgage transactions totaling over $3 billion in volume, including nearly $1 billion in VA loans. More than 30% of my business is dedicated to serving our Military and Veterans, and I’m proud to have been top three in VA loan volume at CrossCountry Mortgage for five consecutive years. I’ve also held the rank of #1 loan originator on Zillow for San Diego County. 

Over the past three years, more than 6,000 real estate agents have attended my live agent events and training programs. These events are built around practical strategies agents can immediately use in their businesses, including winning with buyers, overcoming objections, generating referrals, presenting offers more effectively, navigating financing challenges and creating more value for their clients.

I also created homebuyer seminars for Military Members and Veterans throughout California, helping educate buyers about their financing options and the path to homeownership.
