Hello! My name is Karen. I joined the mortgage business in 2006. I was working for a title company that served mortgage brokers and bankers before I made the leap to the home equity wholesale division of one of the nation’s largest banks. Today, I’m proud to be home at America’s #1 Retail Mortgage Lender.

Since 2012, I’ve closed on new construction projects and have been the recommended lender on projects across Southern Florida. I specialize in financing for new construction homes and condos, high-net-worth buyers, investment properties and jumbo loans. My husband and I have lived in South Florida since 2010. I often attend local charity events, play golf and take care of our four rescue cats. We also belong to a boating and social club where we travel with the group and attend events on a monthly basis.
