Hello! My name is Sonia Garibay, and I’m here to make your home loan process as smooth as possible. I joined the mortgage industry in 2001 with the goal of helping families achieve homeownership. That commitment continues to guide my work today at America’s #1 Retail Mortgage Lender.

I specialize in assisting first-time homebuyers and offer expertise in FHA, VA, conventional and CalHFA programs. My goal is to guide families through the process with care, clarity and dedication, especially those purchasing their first home.

On a personal note, I’m a proud mother of three adult sons and have been happily married to my husband, Jose, for 33 years. I’m also a first-time grandmother to my beautiful granddaughter. At this stage of life, I’m enjoying the freedom to travel now that my children are grown — and I bring that renewed time, focus and passion into helping families achieve homeownership every day.
