Hello! My name is Eric Vaughn, and I’m a loan officer at our Williamsville, NY branch. I’m here to help you buy a home or refinance with support from America’s #1 Retail Mortgage Lender.

I joined the mortgage industry in 2002 because I wanted to help clients improve their financial situations through homeownership. I specialize in conventional, FHA, VA, Non-QM and physician and doctor loans.

With over 23 years of experience, including 9 years of management, I have helped clients from first-time homebuyers to retirees purchasing their second, third or even fourth home. Both clients and real estate agents thoroughly enjoy working with me because of my industry knowledge, transparency, availability and my ability to navigate through complex lending scenarios.

Outside of work, I have two adult kids who are my best friends. I also love to golf, kayak, ski and pretty much anything else outdoors!
