Hello! My name is Terri Hatfield Dull, and I’m a market leader and senior mortgage loan officer at America’s #1 Retail Mortgage Lender. I’m known for being resourceful, warm and committed to helping families turn homeownership into reality. I began my career in 2004, paused briefly and reignited it with purpose in 2017. Since then, I’ve served more than 1,000 families and funded over $300 million in home loans.

Before entering the mortgage world, I was a schoolteacher, which shaped my passion for service, education and community. I specialize in creative, out-of-the-box financing for self-employed borrowers, first-time homebuyers, relocation clients and real estate investors, including down payment assistance, DSCR and commercial loans. I thrive on solving complex scenarios and saying yes when others say no.

Outside of mortgages, I’m a wife, mom and avid world traveler. My goal is to bring heart, strategy and a “whatever it takes” attitude to every loan I touch!
